Terms of service + Privacy statement

1. FOOOR GOLF CLUB REGISTRATION

1.1. Registration starts on the date upon receipt of payment.

1.2. Upon registration Terms of service from FOOOR Golf Club are accepted.

1.3. The registration is automatically renewed for 1 year unless the member or FOOOR Golf Club terminates it before the 1st of November of the current year. Immediately after the 1st of November, we will issue the renewal fee for the Basic Membership or Premium Membership. The payment term is 5 days.

1.4. Registration can be terminated by sending an email.

1.5. When FOOOR Golf Club has received your cancellation in good order, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you have not received that email within 3 working days, it means that your cancellation has not been received by FOOOR Golf Club. So, you have to send your cancellation again.

1.6. A valid full name, date of birth, gender, address, email address and mobile number is required with the registration. Any changes regarding address, email address and mobile number must be reported by sending an email.

1.7. FOOOR Golf Club is affiliated with Moldova Golf Association (National Governing Body / National Golf Federation) to issue the official federation card.

1.8. The Board of FOOOR Golf Club has the right to replace the current National Governing Body (National Golf Federation or National Golf Association) by any other National Governing Body (National Golf Federation or National Golf Association).

1.9. Acceptance of a membership

The candidate member has:

- already obtained a golf handicap, or

- a federation or handicap card which has expired, or

- a green card for golf, ‘Platzreife’, ‘baanpermissie’ or any golf licence, or

- a documented handicap history.

If the information provided is validated, FOOOR Golf Club sends an email to subscribe for a membership. Normally this will be within 24 hours. If there are a lot of applications, it may take longer, we will announce it on the website.

1.9.1. Depending on the information provided and ultimately the Handicap Committee or the Board of Moldova Golf Association will make a final decision about validation.

1.10. FOOOR Golf Club strongly recommends candidate members to take golf lessons via our partners or via a local golf club. It is important for every golfer to have knowledge of the basic rules specifically regarding safety and etiquette. In addition, you can then enter a first acceptable score over a minimum of 9 holes in the app (or through the website) for handicap 54.

2. PAYMENT & REGISTRATION FOOOR GOLF CLUB

2.1. Invoices can be paid with services provided by our acquiring bank or Stripe, a Payment Service Provider (PSP). There is a wide choice of payment options, credit + debit cards, SOFORT, iDEAL, Wero, PayPal, etc.

2.2. The annual fee is for the current calendar year and there is no refund possible.

2.3. The invoice must be paid first, then FOOOR Golf Club will create an account to be able to issue a digital federation card.

2.4. Questions about invoices will only be answered by email.

3. PRIVACY STATEMENT FOOOR GOLF CLUB

3.1. Personal data and transaction data provided to FOOOR Golf Club is recorded in an administration and a CRM database. The data are used to realize registration and operation.

3.2. The information of the contact form will be stored in our database for a maximum of 24 months after terminating your subscription or purchase. We will only use this information to process your message, we don’t share your data with third parties, except, if applicable, Moldova Golf Association or Golfamore.

3.3. Regarding registration we store full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, profile photo (not required), address, postal code, city, country, email address, phone number(s), bank account details, federation number (ID), golf status, (former) handicap information, tournament results, possible direct email communication and the duration of registration during the period of registration.

3.4. By sending your data via our website, app, email or contact form you give FOOOR Golf Club permission to process and use your personal data for the purposes described above (legal: article 8 sub a Personal Data Protection Act).

3.5. For the execution the data is exchanged with the following parties: Moldova Golf Association, Mailchimp and Golfamore. One or similar or substitute organizations as described.

3.6. Regarding payments executed by Stripe you can find which data Stripe uses to execute the payments.

3.7. FOOOR Golf Club ensures appropriate security of the personal data it holds, in line with the applicable legal requirements and guidelines.

4. DISCLAIMER

4.1. The information provided by FOOOR Golf Club on the website and mobile application (app) is for general informational purposes only. 5.1. For all legal matters in which FOOOR Golf Club is a party Dutch Law will be the only applicable law.

5.2. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
